Request Denied
Actual conversation this morning as I arrive home from work.
Me: Did the babies sleep last night?
Moneybags: No not at all.
Me (under my breath): Karma, its a bitch.
Moneybags: Remi is no longer allowed to have the TV on during scheduled sleep times.
Me: You can't just create new rules without submitting them first to the CEO, Founder and Chief of The New Rules Department for the Ethical Treatment of Remi for approval.
Moneybags: Excuse me? Who?
Me: Remi.

At the Park on Monday
Here are some pictures I made of the children at the park. I also added a video of Sydney swinging. The quality of the video is a bit grainy but its still adorable.

Zoo Two
Yesterday I took the babies to the zoo. My bitch sister, her kids, my mom, and two of my aunts met us there. Remi gave the zoo trip two thumbs up. I believe she liked it almost as much as she likes bubbles and "cigeracks".
This picture was taken right after Sydney had a STRANGER ANXIETY PANIC ATTACK that lasted 45 minutes.
The most beautiful girl in the world.
Shhhh! Please don't tell my germaphobe Mother that when her head was turned I let Remi pet the pig's slimmy nose. If mom had just one wish it would be to rid the world of E. Coli and the flesh eating virus by sanitizing one hand at a time.

The Money Tree
ME: I need 20 dollars.
MONEYBAGS: What do you need 20 dollars for? I just gave you money yesterday. Where is the money I gave you yesterday?
ME: I spent it.
MONEYBAGS: How did you spend it?
REMI: SHOES!!!
MONEYBAGS: Do you think we have and endless supply of money? You need to stop spending all of your money and save some for a rainy day.
ME: I am not spending all of my money. I am spending all of yours.

My Little Slice of Heaven
Its hard to believe she's already 5 months old. She ate her breakfast from a spoon this morning and I cried until she finished the last bite. Yeah, I know I should seek counseling or join a support group with other Mom's who like me, find it next to impossible to cut the umbilical cord with their own Little Slice.
